H&D CADD/BIM Coordination Department offers a full range of 3D modeling, system coordination and shop drawing production. Although BIM (Building Information Modeling) is not new to the construction industry, it is forever changing with the newer versions being offered. H&D Mechanical has historically been on the cutting edge of the software upgrades and uses all the latest technology available.
BIM offers 3D modeling software to generate 3D intelligent models that can be used to design, plan and execute all phases of construction. The model is consistently updated and regenerated to reflect any changes or issues with other trades, reducing overall project costs and allowing increased productivity and control. BIM support will allow clients the opportunity to see the conceptual plans and designs unfold in real time.
